Thanks to the good location of this apartment, you will be able to enjoy its wide commercial and leisure office, and of its cultural part of the historic centre of Valencia. Most of its streets have kept its original structure, so you will immerse in the authentic Valencia.

Very close to the apartment you will find the Jardines del Turia, the old river bed with more than 9km in length. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it constitutes a true green space that runs the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to Bioparc. Also, the historic centre of the city is located 10 minutes’ walk away from this property.

Excelente opcion para grupos de familias o de amigos

Superficie del apartamento, ubicacion en el centro historico para poder visitar la Ciudad andando, muy cercano a muchos monumentos y al metro Colon para poder moverse rapidamente fuera de la Ciudad o ir al aeropuerto. Limpieza y equipamientos.

Para 12 personas, solo hemos tenido 2 llaves, una tercera seria mejor si se hacen 3 groupos de 4 (familias o grupos de amigos).

Hemos pasado un estupendo puente de octubre dos familias completas, 9 personas. El apartamento está en la mejor ubicación, todo muy nuevo y limpio. Nos Hemos llevado muy buena Impresion, muy recomendable
