This fantastic building, recently constructed, is located in the Ruzafa district, 10 minutes walk from the Central Park and the Turia Gardens, 5 minutes from the Ruzafa Market and 15 minutes from the Town Hall Square. It is also very close to the Joaquín Sorolla high-speed train station. Among the common areas, the bicycle parking, the coworking area with a meeting room and the gymnasium stand out. The common areas, such as: coworking, meeting room, gym room and chill-out terrace, will be available from December.
This lovely studio has 1 bedroom separated from the living room with a double bed (plus a double sofa bed) and sleeps 4 people.

It is equipped with 1 private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and utensils / kitchen.
A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival at the accommodation.
